All candidates are fully screened to ensure only the best results.

2. Phone Screening

After qualifying our cadidate’s resume, we follow this up with a phone screening.

3. Background Check

All candidates are requested to provide references for a background check.

4. Interview Set-up

We will arrange an online interview at a time suitable for the candidate.

5. Contract signing

Once successful, the candidate will sign the contract.

6. Collection of documents

Leadpec will assist the candidate with getting their documents together and attested.

7. Check for cultural sensitivity

All candidates will receive a cultural sensitivity training to ensure they are able to adapt to the culture, religion, and traditions of the country they will be visiting.
